Review content:
The Management Training program is designed for accelerated growth, but it is by no means easy: it's very demanding of time and energy. I prefer the driven environment and positive atmosphere to any job I've had previous. I'm still in my first year in the business, but there are more opportunities here to travel nationally, teach, and expand than I've ever seen.
