I have to agree with Angela below, I never get an update on my case but when I call, I always get told the person I need to talk to is not there or in a meeting. I will say when I talk to my 2 attorneys there, they do listen and give me feedback but after that they never follow up to let me know the outcome if one. I like to have updates on everything especially if its been over a year just to let me know nothing has changed or some type of step taken. But I give them at least a 50% rating. Not the best but not the worst.
