Review content:
The young man who came out from Airplus of California was very polite. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He came out both times I called them and I'm very happy with his service. In turn, I'm happy with the company because they sent him out with good training.
The first time I called Airplus, I was having issues with my furnace. My furnace would not come on or shut off when it was supposed to and one room was not getting any heat at all. The technician found that the furnace was not connected properly and there was water accumulating inside the furnace from the condensation, and he fixed the problem.
The second time I called them out because I had a problem with my thermostat. He saw to it that the room that is furthest away from the furnace was getting adequate heat.
