Review content:
My wife and I were lamenting the commute to find good Japanese food when you live in North Seattle. By chance, we saw an advertisement online for Fuji's and thought we'd do a drive by - I mean it IS on Aurora after all. But, we pulled in to the parking lot and decided we were up for an adventure.
We entered and found Fuji's a very clean and tastefully decorated place to eat. We were promptly seated at a Habachi table (other options included a Sushi bar, or regular dining room, or Sake bar). Our chef had all the expected knife twirling, volcano building, fire swirling panache (what's panache in Japanese?).
The food was great, the service was attentive and we started thinking of all the people that we know that we'd like to bring here. This is now OUR restaurant. Their Grand Opening was May 19th, and we'd love to see this restaurant succeed. We hope you'll give them a chance.
Pros: Best Japanese food north of Seattle!
Cons: It's on Aurora (but don't let that stop you!)
