Review content:
This company could use some competition to incent them to treat customers better... This service is ok, but after being a client there for 8 years, it is time for a change. Not because of the car wash, which is a 'c', but because of their customer service whenever there is a issue of any kind. I recently bought a new car and because my new car did not have plates yet, they would not let me use my car wash card which had my old plate on it. So, I was charged the monthly fee for the car wash, and they made me pay for the car wash for my new car, as well. I called their hq and spoke with Jose Ramirez, who is in charge of customer service. He said that they always go by the rules and never make exceptions. He felt that his staff did the right thing and did not offer an apology. Their system and rules are set up for when everything goes 'by the book' and they do not acknowledge that exceptions may come up. The cashier and manager both told me that they would be fired if they did not make me pay. I called the hq 4x and left 4 messages to get a response. I wanted to understand if this was acceptable in their company culture before letting other consumers know that this is convenient, but not great and their customer service is nonexistent...
