I am not a "Dr." person. I avoid them like the plague--no pun intended. I had not been to see a doctor in about five years when I found Dr. Mona Chacko. My husband had been seeing her for a few months for high blood pressure. He liked her and said the office staff was friendly and attentive. We were about to go on vacation and I was sick. My husband insisted that I go to see her so I reluctantly went. I was so pleasantly surprised. Her appointments were running on time. Her office staff was friendly and so was she. She spent time getting to know me and I don't mean the normal medical questions. She wanted to know about me. I left there with a diagnosis, a prescription and a new doctor. I have been back many times now with the same results: a well run office that is friendly and a doctor who is more concerned about patients lives than the financial bottom line.
