every single post below was written by the incompetent staff of Goldenwest. Its the same general fake posting one after the other. Goldenwest uses citysearch because unlike Yelp Citysearch and yellowpages do NOT care about the integrity of postings and don't even monitor them, Goldenwest is by far the worst ""management"" company period. They LIE, never return calls, don't screen renters (our place had been trashed) cost us considerable money and the are very rude especially Sherry Chaffin and Jayson Yoss (owner / broker and mastermind business man) complete joke by the way. look on yelp and google for the truth. don't take our word for it.
