I’ve been very satisfied with the way that Monica and her team have been managing my property. I’ve owned a duplex in Tucson as an investment for 2 years. Prior to working with GWM, I had two previous property managers, but I was not satisfied with either of their services. Monica’s the first property manager for my property whom I have felt has understood the importance of managing expenses in order for my investment to be successful. In the time that I have worked with her she has also found a tenant for each unit of the duplex without the unit remaining vacant for more than a month. When one of the units was taking longer to rent than we would have hoped, she suggested two different marketing strategies to attract a renter. And within a week of implanting that strategy, the unit was rented. I feel very comfortable with her management of the unit, and feel that she is not just out to get a commission check but is genuinely interested in making sure that I have a successful investment. more

I think GoldenWest Management does a great job at constantly keeping me informed of big issues, and then just simply taking care of the little things that I certainly don't need to be bothered with. When my property is vacant, I receive weekly updates letting me know how many showings and inquiries my property has garnered, and when it is rented, they let me know ahead of time if the rent is going to be late( so I don't have to bother calling them)! more
