I ordered and paid for 2 buses to drive a group of 80 children - only 1 bus showed up! Needless to say this created chaos and last minute scrambling to make arrangements to transport the kids. The company refused to take any responsibility and refused to issue a refund! The bus that was there was old an dirty. I would stay away. This company is highly disorganized, unfriendly and will not honor a signed contract. I had to pay the full price in advance and will now have to go to small claims to get my money back.
Pros: Nothing!
