Review content:
My homeowners insurance came up for renewal. My agent, Dutch Duckett, from Texas City, TX was more than happy to get me a good rate when he was trying to get my business initially. I get a bill and my policy went up $500. There had been no claims and no problems. When I called and left a message that I would like to discuss my homeowners insurance and the increase in the premium, he manages to find time to call and leave a voicemail 2 days later. In a very unprofessional, cocky tone he says ""There is nothing I can do about your premium and if you want a discount you need to insure your car."" If Dutch (who is NOTHING like the previous owner Patty) was smart enough to keep files on his customers, which apparently he is not, he would know I have a company car and that is NOT possible. The good news is I dropped Allstate and got better coverage with another company. Actually I got quotes from several companies and they were all cheaper! A LOT CHEAPER. I urge everyone to look at other companies and forget these losers.....They are royally sticking it to you and the agent is HORRIBLE!!!!!
