Review content:
Readers should not place too much stock in the couple of negative reviews here. As an association board member, I worked closely with Personal Touch for three years. I found them to be professional, effective property managers. Association members who don't understand the nature of community living and the roles and responsibilities of community members and the management company frequently are disaffected when the property manager has to come down hard. Similarly, vendors who don't perform, or who don't perform to spec, will also complain. But that's why associations hire property managers--so the individual board members don't have to get their hands dirty with assoc members who can't play by the rules or vendors who can't perform to contract. Pros: Excellent property managers
