Review content:
Before you consider working with Right Honda of Scottsdale, I recommend that you research their online reputation on review sites like this thoroughly first. In reality, all you need to do to understand how Right Honda works is to drive into their lot. You will notice that 13 different salesmen are standing on the curb, waiting for you. The reason that one will immediately walk up to you as soon as you arrive is because they call out your car as you drive in to ""stake their claim"" on your sale. So, the reason you're working with that sales guy is because he shouted ""White Ford!"" as he saw you driving by. Now that I know this, it's a mix of pathetic desperation and comedy to watch - but it's a key indicator of how they do business. There is SO much I can say to warn you to not go to this dealership. Ultimately, you should know how unethical they are. They will try to keep you on the lot for a 6-hour day, they will lie to you, and they are sketchy (normal car buying stuff I guess). Long story short: they threatened to repossess my trade-in and deliver me a new car even though I didn't finalize anything with them. Obviously, it was disturbing but I knew they didn't legally have any rights to do any of these things. I could write a dissertation on all the terrible things they did to me - but I'll save it to just simply warn you to do lots of research on this place and subsequently - you'll avoid it. This was my first car-buying experience and I can say that at this point I will probably never purchase a vehicle from a dealership and I will most certainly never want to work with Honda. On a serious note, I noticed other reviews on Google involved a similar scenario (threats to repossess a vehicle, ruin credit and deliver a vehicle on a deal that wasn't finalized) - and it mentioned the Sales Manager at Right Honda, Justin. My heart sank because I realized if I only read those reviews first, I would have avoided this mess. Honda of America is losing lifelong customers and loyal consumers by allowing people like Justin Settle to represent their brand. Avoid.
