Review content:
Before selecting an installation contractor, I both asked several lawn care companies who they would recommend and several irrigation companies who their toughest competator was. Sullivan's was highly recommended from most sources. I then got estimates from Sullivan's and two other well-respected contractors.\r

I was most impressed by the estimator for Sullivan's. Indeed, I was actually concerned that they seemed to me to be such a premium service company that I would not be able to afford them. To my suprise, their bid was a full $1,000 lower than was the next lowest bid (for a half acre yard).\r

I then turned to Citysearch to read customer reviews and, because of very negative comments on this page by ""Austin Consumer"" and, to a lesser extent, ""mvp88"", I came very close to selecting a different company.\r

However, my ""gut"" told me to give Sullivan's the benefit of the doubt and, after the lawn care companies reaffirmed their previous recommendations, I hired Sullivan's to do the job.\r

All that I can say is that I made the right decision. They exceeded all of my expectations, installed a great system, and even did some unexpected landscaping. It was obvious to me that they take great pride in their work.\r

Perhaps most impressive was the fact that, by the time that they finished, you could hardly tell that a sprinkler system had been installed (i.e. they did a masterful job of hiding the signs of their digging).\r

I recommend them without hesitation!
