Review content:
I went in for a coolant system flush; my car had no other problems. When I started the car after the work I immediately noticed several things wrong: the ""check engine"" light was on, the entire car was vibrating, and my AC was blowing hot air. The service techs assured me they couldn't have had anything to do with these problems, although they did pop the hood and unplug the battery (without telling me first) to get the ""check engine"" light to go off. Finally I asked that they please send me to their automotive center on Red River so a real mechanic could look at it. I have since been told repeatedly by Groovy Auto that everything was pure coincidence, but I remain highly doubtful and am completely unhappy with their service. Go somewhere else.
