Review content:
The owner, Erma, believes she is above the law and can charge your credit card whatever amount she wants whenever she wants. I paid for a fill in cash and Erma also charged my credit card for the same amount. She was NOT given permission to use my credit card for this visit. Why would she charge me for services that I paid cash for? She then sent me an e-mail telling me that she would refund my cash or apply it as a credit to my next visit. She did neither. She would not come out to the front to speak with me, she spoke to me by speakerphone from her back office (coward!) and then told me it was a tedious project for her to look up my account (of which this was my 3rd and final visit). I told her to charge me for the fill minus the funds owed to me or return my cash. I just received my 'charges and she charge me full price for the visit and did not refund the fraudulent charge. *** DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR CREDIT CARD!! ***
