I visited Lula Health Center for several visits during 2009 to address knee and leg pain occuring while training for my first marathon. Having never visited a chiropractor before, I was a bit shy and nervous about what to expect. Dr. Paez put me at complete ease with her compassionate and professional, yet easygoing, approach. She also provided comfortable cotton shorts and tops to wear (read: no scratchy gowns!)\r

During our appointments she focused not only on my main areas of concern with a variety of therapies (adjustments, Graston, exercises, stretches), but also generously addressed other problem spots and issues (such as shoulder/back tension). With Dr. Paez's help, I succesfully completed the marathon, and thanks to her, I am also now a believer in the healing nature of chiropractic treatment.
