Review content:
My Favorite Place - the actual name of the restaurant - lives up to that name. This is a family owned and operated Mexican restaurant. The food is authentic and wonderful. Always well presented and good portions. The value for money is excellent. My particular favorite is the Tamale Special and my wife adores the Guacamole made at the table which is as fresh as it sounds and twice as tasty. The restaurant is located just off Germantown Parkway and you can use the service road entrance at the Crei-Leike offices or the one just before that. Unfortunately they do not have their own entrance from the main road. But do not let that stop you.
Service is good, and the food is great. Their chips are very thin and crispy and the salsa is never too hot. For an appetizer with an extra kick try the Appetizer Favorito which is a perfectly balanced blend of which cheese dip, pico de gaio and Taco meat. Eaten with chips this starter sets you up for a perfect meal.
Remember to say Hi to Dennis - one of the hardest working people you'll meet.
