Sure, the wait staff may be less than attentive, but you'll find that you don't really need them to be. The food is made right in front of you, then it is placed on a sushi racetrack under plastic covers, it goes round and round, and you pluck off the ones you want to eat. Most plates are $1.50-$2.50. Then when you're done, you grab a waiter and he counts the number of plates you have, and you are billed according to that. Amazingly efficient! If you are worried about the freshness of the food on the track, ask one of the chefs in the center to make you some fresh, and they hand it right to you. It is a fabulous first sushi experience. My date and I left feeling full and only paid $16 for everything. Pros: Inexpensive, Fun environment Cons: Crowded
