I was very succint, and walked the girl through exactly what I wanted done to my son's hair, so I sat down and leafed through a magazine. My son is not a tender head, but he kept saying ouch and that it was hurting, the girl said the clippers tend to snag b/c they get a lot of hair in them and are older :/ ... a few minutes into the hair cut, (a foe hawk- a moehawk that is faded into a point), I went to go check on the progress and noticed she cut his hair into a vanilla ice type fade and the 'fade' was suuuper choppy and not very faded. I told her that that is NOT what I had just explained to her that I wanted, she tried to convince me that I never explained anything to her and rolled her eyes. This girl started arguing and getting loud with me infront of a lot of children. Some other hair lady came over and asked what was going on and if everything was ok b/c the hair girl was yelling at me. I was attempting to explain to her what I had instructed the haircut to be like and the girl kept inturrupting me belligerently, the place was packet with parents and children, and is not very large at all. The girl was telling the other hair lady that I was lying about what I had wanted and the I never said what I was claiming. I was not about to loose my cool or contribute to the sceen that was already being made by the crass girl, so I took my son and left. It is a shame that such unprofessionalism and attitude exsist infront of children when the entire premise of the buisness is to cater to them, not scare them or make it uncomfortable and awkward. NEVER going there again! I had to go somewhere else to get my son's hair fixed which left no room for the adorable and cool hair cut I originally wanted for him. It is a shame that my son had to endure such behavior, let alone the pain from the snagging clippers. The girl needs to be fired. I dont know what her name is, but she had caked on make up and was blonde, she was also dressed like she was ready for a day at a bbq (which should have been my first indication of her skills or what to expect from her). The place was dirty, sloppy, and too small to be so messy. REALLY SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!
