Review content:
We bought a barely used Explorer from Evergreen Ford last month. Brought it home on Monday and got a call on Friday that we needed to return the car to them. Apparently they had sold us a car that couldn't be licensed in the state of Washington because it didn't meet the Clean Car Emissions Requirements. What a huge mistake on part of the dealership. One would think that they would check this BEFORE they sold the car and let the buyer drive the car off the lot thinking it was theirs! \r \r When we went back, they offered us the same car with a slight discount…only with 20K more miles on it and not in the pristine condition as the original car-definitely not the same deal we were getting before (a like-new explorer with only 2k miles on it). We felt pressured to take what they were offering, and after going round with the dealership, we eventually had them return our down payment and we left. \r \r We were very disappointed in this entire situation. What a horrible car buying experience. We won’t be back.\r
