First impression: Hmmm this is an odd place, driving up to an old house on a small side street in Spring Branch. Kennels out back. Is this truly a business or is it just someone trying to make a living by housing dogs in their back yard? \r \r Answer: This is a GREAT place with caring staff and they treated my dog very well. They are very affordable, they gave my dog his meds twice a day, and gave him an extra walk each day. They accomodated me being a nervous dog-mommy and & kept his blankets, toys & other goodies either in his cage or else hanging on the outside for whenever he needed/wanted it. The cage has a private run where the dog can come & go as he pleases. This is great especially if you have animals on diuretics, who can't wait to be let out just once or twice a day. \r \r LOVE this place and will definitely use them again. Pros: lots of good stuf, read below! Cons: none that I know of
