Today I have an interview with Poly for an Electrician position posted on the net. They called me and asked for an interview which I agree to, however on the net posting I put in my rate of pay I was asking for. So I went to the interview had to fill out another application in person (now why would we need to if you did one on the net and sent in your resume?) after filling out the paper work. I put in the same amount of pay as I asked for on the net. I was told the top pay is 17.50! I laughed in the ladies face; I told her I was making that scale 10 years ago. They want you to be licensed, have 5+ years electrical mechanical experience, work rotating shifts, holidays, and some weekends! LMAO cheap and shady
