My friend recommended Tri-City, as she has been using them for years with great success. I called, the receptionist researched the issue then called me back with a recommendation for how I could fix the problem myself rather than paying them to come out and perform the easy fix. Wow! As she said, it was super easy to do, and we ended up fixing our own washer for FREE! Any company who does that earns my trust; it reassures me that when they DO come out to repair my appliances, they will be honest and not charge me unnecessarily. They have also repaired my appliance for a low price.
