Review content:
Tracy gives a great hair cut for less than $20. It was better than the NY salons which I use to pay $140+. The catch is that she works on 4-5 people at the same time. She will be coloring your hair and while you are cooking she cuts someone's hair, while consulting someone else. It takes a long time to get anything done on a weekend. She is always booked and her mom takes her appointments or used to... and it's really hard to understand her. But I have seen nothing but great work from her.
Pros: You will walk out looking good
Cons: you will be stuck there for a long time, especially on a weekend
