I stumbled across these folks a decade ago, thanks to a friend of mine. I noticed one of his brake lights was out., and since Jackson's was near I-105, he went there see if they could replace it before he left town. Not only did they replace it - they replaced it at no charge and with a smile. My wife and I have been taking our cars there ever since and have always received above-and-beyond, exceptional service; they're the type of guys who would pull over during their vacation, fix a stranger's car if he/she were stranded on the side of the road, and expect nothing in return. There's a personable young lady who works there now as well, who called my wife to check in after she was last in to make sure her car was still doing well, which my wife really appreciated. We only trust Jackson's with our cars and recommend them to everyone.
