Since I've started personal training with Insider Training, I've been very impressed! Unlike other gyms/trainers that I've worked with, Insider Training is so convenient! I don't have to worry about going back and forth from the gym, and fighting traffic. I have more time to devote to my workouts, which as a busy person, I appreciate! All of the equipment I need is brought to my home. I don't have to wait around at the gym for machines to become available! It is also very reassuring to work with a trainer who has such great credentials! My trainer takes the time to explain each exercise and what the benefits will be. I'm very excited about the results I've had so far! If your looking for motivation you've come to the right place!
