Review content:
I wasn't sure that hypnotherapy would be any help for me, but friends recommended that I give it a try: I had an important test coming up that I was struggling to study for; I couldn't focus. \r
\r
I was a little suspicious going into my first session, but I I was put at ease almost immediately. Before starting any session, Lisa would always provide rational and reasonable explanations for all of her techniques, and all of her recommendations were consistently grounded in good common sense and practical experience. \r
\r
The hypnosis sessions themselves were surprising: I left each session amazed at how relaxed and confident I felt. Studying became easier, and my focus gradually improved. When I was finally sitting down and taking the test, I thought about Mind Matters and the lessons I'd learned there more than once, and it helped me stay calm and pass. More importantly, I've tried to continue the techniques I've learned from Lisa even after I'd passed my test as I've seen positive benefits in other areas of my life totally unrelated to why I went to Mind Matters to begin with. \r
\r
I would happily recommend Mind Matters to any friend who was struggling with issues related to lack of focus (my problem), smoking, overeating, insomnia, stress, etc.
