Very surprised. Absolutely Wonderful! The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is for the ambiance. Although it is a white linen setting the rest of the restaurant does not measure up to the Food which was amazing! Italian is my favorite cuisine however I have struggled to find a truly amazing Italian restaurant since moving to Utah from Florida until now. I would recommend Buona Vita to all my friends and family...and have! The taste and quality of the ingredients is apparent even in a simple pasta dish....Delizioso!! Buona Vita and Ghidotti's are the absolute best Italian in this state. I will however disagree with some of the other users regarding price I consider $17 a little pricey for a pasta dish, forgetting you are in Park City of course. However, after you taste the food you see where the price difference as compared to say, a Macaroni Grill, is worth it.
