I have been renting from Rathbun for 7 years. I had the choice to go to another company to rent a home, but I had heard a lot of good things about Rathbun, so I choose them. I have never been happier in my life! Every time I have called with questions, or have been in need of repairs, the staff has always been more than helpful. Recently, I had some personal family issues come up that have played havoc with my life. On top of that, my air conditioning went out in my house. When I called to have it fixed, let's just say that I was not so pleasant with the person who answered the phones. Even through my sarcasm, the gentleman who answered the phones was very polite and understanding. After explaining the situation, things started moving fast. My air condition was fixed within 24 hours, and I was having to deal with one less thing in my life. I want to truly thank everyone at Rathbun for all of their hard work, and understanding during a very stressful time! I had no intentions of leaving my home any time soon, but I definitely won't do so now! Keep up the great work!
