Review content:
My girlfriend and I booked on Open Table for 8:00 and when we arrived (on time) we were told to get a drink at the bar and that our table would be ready in 15 min. 20 min later we were told that it would be another 15 min. Finally, 45 min after our reservation we told them that we would wait no longer and left after paying for drinks at the bar. No effort was made to correct the failure to keep our reservation and we were allowed to simply walk out without a manager even being called. After the fact, I noted several reviews regarding the service at Tangierino and wish I had looked in advance. Blowing off a reservation when one requires a credit card to make a reservation is arrogant, rude and is reflective of sophomoric ownership who does not value repeat customers.
