I do not find the owners to be terribly friendly, in fact, they are extremely rude. I think the son is trying to have somewhat of a customer-friendly attitude, but even that is an effort. After having said that, I am not going to Shoe Savers to make them my ""best friends"" or ""social buddies"". I am going there for their superb work and craftsmanship. I have never been disappointed with their work. They are truly the best and I do refer them to whomever asks where to have their leather goods repaired. If you can overlook the personalities, you will certainly be very satisfied with their work.
