Review content:
This office is anything but kid friendly. I am in the military and found this through my tricare dental website. I took my 5 year old son and 4 year old daughter check up and cleaning. Scheduling their appointments at the same time hoping that this would be an in and out routine experience. Instead, my daughter was called back fairly quickly, but ended up having to wait in the chair for more then an hour. During that time she called for some help to use the bathroom and no one would listen to her. My son on the other hand had to wait for almost an hour in the reception area, and was finally called back. My daughter and I had to wait around for another 2 hours waiting on him to get done. He waited a little over 2 hours in the chair, the dentist took a quick look in his mouth and was done. He never received a cleaning. The staff was not friendly and when I asked why it was taking so long and how much longer it would be, I received attitude, as if I was interrupting their day. After this horrible experience I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.
