Arlington Pediatric Dentistry

I love Arlington Pediatric Dentistry! The office is wonderfully decorated. There's a toy/tv room for the kids to play in while they wait for their appointment. The staff is so nice and caring. Dr. Smith is great with the kids! I am telling my friends they need to come here and see Dr. Smith! more

You won?t find a more attentive or caring dentist for your child than Dr. Smith. He has a great rapport with kids, and always makes them feel comfortable. Dr. Smith has a great personality, and each trip to the dentist is a pleasant experience. I never thought that could be a possibility! I wouldn?t think about going anywhere else. Dr. Justin is awesome. He's seen our daughter since she was 2 - and was a referral from a friend of ours. He made her and us really comfortable when she needed to get bonds on her molars - and we recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great pediatric dentist. He truly loves kids - it's obvious. more

My three kids went through 4 dentists in 2 years because they just hated going and would throw a fit. Im happy to say once we entered Dr. Smith's office the kids keep asking when we can go see Dr. Smith again. I never thought my two children would love their dentist. He is very good at what he does, and we look forward to years of great and friendly dentistry! more

I loved this dental office, its very kid-friendly and Dr. Smith is the best. He is very patient and great with kids. I noticed a previous post by someone in the military and as a member of the military myself can safely say that Dr. Smith is by far the best Dentist I've ever met, not to mention the most patient, professional and the best with kids, of any dentist I have encountered since I have been in the military. We were on vacation and our grandchild had an accident and needed to get into a dentist immediately. We called Arlington Pediatric and they got us right in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us. Dr. Justin was really sweet and gentle and made our grandchild feel at ease and he took care of the problem. If we were to move to the area we would definitely have Dr. Justin be the dentist for our grandchild. Thank you Arlington Pediatric! more

This office is anything but kid friendly. I am in the military and found this through my tricare dental website. I took my 5 year old son and 4 year old daughter check up and cleaning. Scheduling their appointments at the same time hoping that this would be an in and out routine experience. Instead, my daughter was called back fairly quickly, but ended up having to wait in the chair for more then an hour. During that time she called for some help to use the bathroom and no one would listen to her. My son on the other hand had to wait for almost an hour in the reception area, and was finally called back. My daughter and I had to wait around for another 2 hours waiting on him to get done. He waited a little over 2 hours in the chair, the dentist took a quick look in his mouth and was done. He never received a cleaning. The staff was not friendly and when I asked why it was taking so long and how much longer it would be, I received attitude, as if I was interrupting their day. After this horrible experience I would not go back or recommend this place to anyone. more

I wanted to drop a review on this office. I had a terrible experience at this office. I was shocked at how RUDE the office staff is to parents. I also had a very negative experience with the dentist. He is a KID himself, and appeared very young in both speach and actions. How he held my child down to complete an exam was disturbing. I am shocked he is still in practice. I would NOT ever recommend this provider to anyone. more
