I used to eat here all the time until one of my co-workers brought me back some pho. i started to unfold the whole thing to warm up in the microwave. When I got to the noodles, OMG beware...there was a HUGE about 10 inches of long hair stuck in my noodles. And if you eat pho, you know that the noodles are already stuck together and only this time with hair. Black hair. I threw it all away. It was gross. I threw the whole thing away. When i went there to next time, they said i should have brought it back. No apologizes or anything. Still, i gave them a second chance. I again went there yesterday. Took my 19 year old and her GF. Sitting there, only customers mind you at this time, the GF says to look at the girls that work there. I turn my head and they are doing something that looks like monkeys picking fleas out of each others hair. One girl was thoroughly picking through the cashiers hair, looking for something...for a long time. When I asked the skinny waiter to pls come and see us..he hesitated but came. We asked him to please ask the ladies to stop that and that we have lost our appetite watching that. He looked at us bewildered and said ""it no bother you!"" I thought WOW...would i complain if it didn't bother me? Anyway, we again said that it bothers us. He looked at us like we where dumb. He then pulled the girls aside and told them that we where complaining. The girls looked at us and laughed. How rude....we then nicely apologized and said that it bothered us..they kept saying it wasn't bothering anyone. I told them we can no longer eat our food. We then decided to just stop eating. We got up, paid for the food that we did not eat. No apologizes or anything. Did not say, don't worry about paying for the food. Didn't give a shit what we said. We left dumb founded. THE RUDEST people on earth, PICKING HAIR in restaurant, NOT WASHING HANDS and No customer service skills. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN>
