i was trying to make a purchase but did not have my angel card with me. I asked the cashier to look it up for me, like I have done many times at other VS stores. But she had an attitude and was being rude. When i decided to talk to the manager regarding this matter, I found out that she was even more rude and obnoxious than her employee. She acted very unprofessionally. She had her hands on her hips and raising her voice as she was talking to me. she refused to give out her name and stated that it was VS policy, which I found out from customer relations that it was not the case.
Pros: it's victoria's secret
