Review content:
distance to school was very good for us. But, if I knew just how uncaring and disorganized they were, I wouldn't have spent 400.00 for this school. I would have gone elsewhere.
I am still trying to get my daughter finished. Getting information and questions answered is line pulling teeth. They are quick to take your money, but once they have it, they slack off and don't care about helping you complete. I find it almost impossible to schedule drive times. They are not clear about what all is needed. And, when I paid the 400$ for the class they didn't tell us about all the other hidden fees. I paid another 15$ for the DPS for the temporary license but then found out later that ""oh, that is so you don't have to take the test there, it is for the DPS for the license. I paid another 40.00 for I don't know what. I called to complain and the gentleman on the phone basically told me to shut up or he won't answer my questions which he was then very evasive. He treated me as if I were dirt below his feet. When I asked for the manager, he said,""she's not here"" and didn't offer any more info. I kept on him and he finally gave me an e-mail address. I pray we get this done before my daughter turns 16! I will never speak highly or recommend them again. They don't even care to follow up and find out why we were disappointed or to make things better. Do NOT go to this school!!!
