Review content:
This place has terrible service. When we first sat down, the server slammed our glasses of water on the table. We ordered immediatley, however it took us 45 minutes to receive the food. During the 45 minute wait, I kept calling the server over to see what is taking so long. He completely ignored me. The food finally came, and it wasn't that great. My co-worker decided not to tip, because the service was so terrible. I usually tip no matter what, but I was appalled by this terrible service. So we didn't tip. We paid and proceeded to walk out of the cafe. As soon as we exited the cafe, the two servers ran after us and screamed at us because we did not tip him. Tipping is not mandatory, it is a courtesy. The second server that was screaming at us (who didn't serve us by the way) told us to never come back and eat in the restaurant. If we want to come back we can only do take out. How can a server expect a decent tip if he slammed our water on the table, the food took 45 minutes to come out, we had to ask for straws three times, and he completley ignored us? Then have the audacity to chase us and scream and harrass because we did not like his service? Do not ever, ever, eat here. There is a nice Chinese restaurant called Yan's up the street on the corner of Treat and N Main, across from the Wal-Greens. Take your business there. Pros: The chicken chow mein was alright Cons: They chase after you if you don't tip them!
