I got great service and all my questions answered, definitely more knowledgeable than any other baby store around, if you think their service is bad try visiting babies rus...no one knows anything there apparently. Rick and Darren helped me and trust me I had a million questions, and they never minded asking or sitting with me for hours to talk about which stroller and crib to go with. I will definitely be back!! I did get my crib and it did have a ding in it, but someone was out to fix it within a week and he did it at my house and did such a fabulous job!! It didn't even look like it was there...I was really impressed!!
