Review content:
My husband and I were on vacation in the beginning of November and dropped a silk shirt off for cleaning. We were unable to get back there to pick it up because of a mistake on our part. The female owner was so nice and promised to send the shirt via mail. I offered to send a check with the shipping fee, but she said that was not necessary. I could reimburse her when we got the shirt. We were bowled over by what we felt was exceptional service. Thanksgiving week and still no shirt. I called just in case it was lost. She was so nice and apologized and blamed the delay on busy holiday time. I was assured it would be sent. January 2 -- Still no shirt. We have definitely been played for the fool. I cannot imagine any reputable establishment being so dishonest. If we lost the shirt, why not just tell us up front? Don't string us along and make us look like fools for trusting that someone would actually be true to their word. Beware of the friendly attitude and hold on to your clothes tightly! They probably have a van out back where they sell clothes that were accidentallty left. I'd check the back lot if I were you!
