Just about every experience I had there was unpleasant - the NP (Catherine Quinn) didn't listen, was rude, and seemed judgmental, hard to get anyone on the phone and when I did the medical advice was strange (suggested I was pregnant when I complained of slight nausea and a severe sore throat after getting the third Guardasil shot and when I asked if it could be a possible side effect of the shot, was dismissed with ""side effects only happen to a very small number of people""). Also twice saw a staff member belittle the front desk staff in front of an entire waiting room - definitely gave the place a bad vibe. Everyone seemed unhappy. In early August, they split into two practices-Kips Bay Gynecology and Cityscape OB/GYN-but the location and most of the staff seems to be the same. Plus, I got the letter informing me of the split three weeks after the fact. Maybe the problems have been worked out, but I'm not going to risk it. Cons: rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant
