Review content:
In the 3 years we have had service with TCP, I have never had a problem with service or billing that has not been immediately resolved with a phone call or email. We recently had a small leak discovered by a meter reader and within one hour they had contacted us, had a field representative out and the problem fixed. While we would have never known the difference, the customer service manager made sure we where aware and what what they where doing to rectify it. The honesty and the follow up we got in the form of an email and callback to go over any safety things or concerns we had impressed me. Never got that from a public utility anywhere else we have lived.
Pros: reliable service, quick response time, local office
Cons: no real option to compare in our neighborhood
