LAZY SERVICES no one answers the phone and they cant deliver packages because they cant drive in a driveway so thrn they make you wait and lie to you saying they will put it on the next rruck doing you a favor and you dont get it the next day because they have a bad way of doing things. they are liers and I DO NOT RECOMMEND UPS OUT OF OTTUMWA. It is an outrage that my son have to wait another 4 days after they couldnt deliver on the right day to get his christmas present because a driver cant drive a truck. i know he could have pulled in because a driver working for ups was able to do it not even a week earlier and the driveway was worse when he did it. They dont show buisness hours either and i cant go get it. i wouldnt have to go get it if the lady would have just done what she said ""i will personally take the package off the truck and give it to one of the saturday guys and it should be there from 10-2"" but that didnt happen.. I give the ups out of ottumwa a BAD REVIEW
