Review content:
This is the first review I?ve submitted because i had no idea that it was offered until this time. Unfortunately it was not a good experience the parking was two blocks away to pick up an order. When I went inside the place was packed so there was no room to even stand without getting in the way of the service wait team. But while I was standing there to pay and pick up I was banged into twice by the same person then rudely she told me to move or get ran over. I was trying very hard not to be in the way. No problem they are busy but when I was told my order was $57.00 for a large pie and an order of spaghetti I questioned the total to no avail they brought out an extra large pie so I thought my partner had order an giant pie and left when I got home the pie was not only cold but it was not what we ordered at all I do live 10 miles from the store I called to let them know that the pie was wrong it was cold I was hung up on three times when I was able to get through I asked for the manager and was told she was to busy to come to the phone I decided to call back later at this time I did speak to Mary the manger who was polite but short. By now I had also found the spaghetti was also cold they forgot the salad and bread the pizza was very spicy hot and dry but that could have been the way it was ordered I was told. I have to say I am very unhappy with Village pizza and most likely will not deal with them again because this is the second time the staff had been rude almost even nasty. The first time was while having lunch there my partner and I had taken our employees there for lunch, we were in our work clothes and are not white we pretty much had to go up to the cashier and ask for a manger before we were afforded service 50 minutes later our food came in take out containers as though we being asked to leave the manager was out making deliveries so we wait at that time we were then offered free lunch warmed with cold drinks. I do not reconmend this place.
Pros: food was good at one time
Cons: service is by very rude young women
