I got a prompt response for the estimate, and Desmond said he would be there the next day around noon to cut the tree down, well noon came and went, I called the number and left voice messages 5 times and at 8pm he called back and gave a lame excuse. This was on a Friday and he said he would come on Monday to do the job, I told him if he wanted the job to be there on Saturday, he showed on Saturday and cut the tree, and never apologized for the inconvenience he out me through on Friday, also did not discount any off the price of the job. The removal of the tree went well and they cleaned up any mess they made, The stump removal he had for the job took another 5 days to come out and remove the stump. All said and done now, Ive got the jobs done, just not satisfied with the service..
