Review content:
We ordered a piece of furniture with MDC and were told it would arrive in 3 months. We called when it did not arrive and were given new dates when a ""shipment"" was supposed to come in. This happened every month for the next few months. Nobody called us to say that there would be a delay. Frequently we were told that the person managing our furniture order was not available (and then never received a call back) or we were misled with promises of yet another shipment. Nobody seems to know what's going on there. Very poor customer service. We ended up asking for a refund.
