Cantinetta ha una pizza buonissima e un menu` fantasioso che mescola perfettamente la cucina tradizionale italiana e la creativita` del suo chef....lo conosco da quando andavo a vederlo al merrick park di coral gables dove ogni mercoledi sera presentava classi di cucina divertentissime nel ormai dimenticato,ma sempre mitico,VIA QUADRONNO....e` l`unico cuoco che conosco capace di farsi riconoscere cucinando....nel senso che quando dai le prime forchettate ad una sua pasta sai che la ha cucinata lui.....come la firma di un pittore nel basso a destra della tela........complimenti chef.....a presto per una nuova degustazione......
