All of the folks at Nicklin are professional, helpful and thorough in their jobs. When a tenant has a complaint, they quickly respond and execute the repair. They are doing a wonderful job maintaining my property, locating reliable renters and being responsive to any problems that are brought to their attention. Their regularly scheduled property assessments also serve to catch any problems before they become major issues.
I really appreciate their rapid response when a lease is over to locate another tenant and their advice to ensure we are aware of the local market conditions.
