I called late on a Friday and wanted to get in on Saturday for a spa day treat for my mom and I. The Manager I spoke with was refreshingly friendly and made some adjustments to their already busy Saturday. The manager called me back said she had set us an appointment at 11 am. When we arrived the staff was very warm and accommodating and they thought it was great that I had surprised my mom with this spa day. My mother had a manicure, pedicure body scrub and massage. I had a manicure, pedicure, facial and massage. Sarah and Debbie do the Man and Peds and they are awesome. They are very sweet and are in fact mother and daughter though they look like sisters. They took there time and did a lovely job. Next for me was the facial which was done bye Hong. She was fabulous and I was a huge skeptic at first. I am a guy so I figured what the heck do I want a facial for! I was wrong! not only did it feel great to have it done but my skin looks awesome. I am out in the sun often and the facial took all of the red out of my face and balanced my color. Hong is the best and I will be going back monthly for this service. Up last was Sherrie who did my massage. It was great. She has very strong hands and does a nice job getting to the heart of those muscle aches. In short my mother and I had a great time that started off a wonderful weekend. Thanks to all of you at Genesis you're the best!
