hi y'all...from austin tx here...hook 'em horns! anyhow...i was visiting relatives in plano and a bit nervous when my cousin told me about this place...I AM NOT THE BIGGEST FAN OF SEAFOOD...I'LL ADMIT. totally assumed eating raw fish would like kill me or taste totally bland...but I went here and it was like the coolest place ever. at first i thought the atmosphere was like too fancy or whatever and i felt so underdressed...but ha this is texas...everyone is in jeans so it was all good. but yea like i was sayin the food was really something different and like an explosion of flavor which im not used to....i was recommended to try one of the handmade wraps...which was super healthy and sweet and crunchy all at once...i was in heaven:) ate about 4 more of those and then i moved on to the rolls...love the VOLCANO!..UNLIKE ANY OTHER IVE TRIED HERE IN AUSTIN...AND I ALSO loved the texas tornado cuz you know girls got to have the fried stuff. and whats really neat is how it all just went around on the belt and i never had to wait....except for my drinks...hehe these waitresses sure know how to keep them comin....im now officially a sake girl:). love to come back some time and try more stuff. ..like if they had any noodle dishes....oh and by the way all you haters out there...the plates are just 2 dollars....where in the world are you goin to get a deal like that...sushi aint meant for the cheap or broke but in this case i am and i likes it...so please...back off. and not all rolls are variations of the california...if you knew more about sushi you would be able to tell that. and if you have a problem...they do tell you you can have specially made stuff....ok. sorry if i was out of line or wrote too much. i just have a crush on the guy that works there too:) RUTH HERE...PEACE OUT
