These guys did a moving job for me from Baltimore to Dallas. We had multiple problems with them both during the move and after. First, they told us it would be 5-7 days for the move. When day 10 rolled around, we started calling them and they kept dodging our calls. They finally called us on day 15, stating they would be there the next day. When they arrived, they tried to tell us they were going to have to charge us more for an extra flight of stairs. I spent the next hour calling the booking company to tell them we had already worked out the price for the extra flight of stairs. We finally settled that matter, but they were very rude about it. We struck up a conversation with one of the guys unloading, and he told us that he had just been hired that day off of Craigslist. That was an immediate red flag. How can they do a background check or verify anything about someone if they hire them the same day to do a job. When we started going through our boxes after they left, we noted that most of the boxes had been opened. We taped all of our boxes with pink fluorescent tape and this tape had been cut and the boxes re-taped with clear tape. Several items were missing, most notably a small safe which had some jewelry and irreplaceable memories in it. When we called the company to file a claim, they never returned our phone call. A month later, and at least a dozen more phone calls, and still no response. In my opinion, an admission of guilt. These guys are a bunch of sleazeballs. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They will steal your stuff and laugh in your face when they don't return your phone calls to take action.
Also, be wary of the reviews that are posted here. There are 4 1-star reviews (including mine) and 414 5-star reviews. I find it hard to believe that any company could get 414 5 star-reviews without any 4, 3 or 2-star reviews, especially given the veracity of the 1-star reviews. Furthermore, look at the reviews themselves and the names used to post the reviews (many names end in Bl) and you will find that they are very similar. It is likely they were posted by the company to falsely inflate their ratings.
